Over the years many people have asked me how I have managed to create a brand out of myself, spoken at TEDx, not once, not twice but THREE times and created a highly successful business!

I am now putting everyone at ease by opening the "Expert to Thought Leader Formula" program. with this program, you can do more than just share your ideas at events such as TED. I will explain how, but before that, I want to tell you Why I became a  professional speaker...

When I was younger, my experiences in life had a profound impact on what path I chose professionally. I grew up in a super peaceful and beautiful country until I hit my early teens. Civil war and political conflict made that very special country a region of conflict for three countries, yes three countries, as if two were, not enough. As a result instability, armed conflict, and militarization of our country ultimately happened. This had a profound impact on my life as life was never the same. As years passed by I left my country for a better future, studied abroad, and ultimately moved across countries. All these experiences over 20 years had taken root and needed an expression. In search of that expression, I found a TEDx event that was willing to have me as a speaker and talk about these experiences.

That was my first TEDx break. !

Now I am not expecting you to have similar experiences with war and whatnot, but I am sure your story has a very unique angle, and you have a very specific perspective on something. Even if you do not then you have not realized it yet. 

Here is a secret, as a professional speaker, I get to speak in front of hundreds of people, top leaders, executives, and many times I have to Find a very unique angle on a particular topic. 

This could be a leadership lesson, and motivational point, or something relating to a very unemotional topic but then technology as an example. I have been doing this for about 20 years and let me tell you that every time I go on stage it feels like the first time. 

That is the magic of public speaking. The vulnerability that comes to a professional speaker is a part of the life of a speaker and you never get around it. 

What you get used to, however, is the feeling you get that comes with being able to create an impact and sending a message that resonates with your audience is.

With this program, my intention is multi-fold. 

Over the years scores of people, business partners, friends, associates have asked me how I managed to build the brand that I have, what the process was, and how it all happened. I have had friends asked me to teach them the secrets of being able to land a TEDx speaking gig, As for many, it is an insurmountable task. Personally speaking, I have never thought that this would be a topic of interest or something that I would be passionate about, however, given what the world is currently going through, and the need for us to express ourselves at different stages has prompted me to put this training together. We need more people to be able to share ideas that can save the world, we need good ideas to come out to the mainstream, and we absolutely need ideas that can spread like wildfire and create positive change... amidst all of this I want you to be able to transform your life and be able to create more value for yourself and others.....

This program is going to be an intense four-week program where I will teach you everything they need to know about becoming a thought leader. 

The journey will start by identifying your idea's unique value proposition ..

you will get then get to work on crafting some strong narratives, strong because you feel passionate about them

.. we will go to group sessions, discussions, an individual one on one sessions to fully understand what is the unique aspect of what you're talking about and how it impacts the world, the value of your expression and your speech has to be beyond any platform. For this reason, will look into creating an impactful talk that can resonate on any thought leader platform including TED and others....

....In the final set you will get to present the talk to me and a group of peers who attended the training video
